If i already have factions unlocked on my account and buy the collectors edition of Faction. Can i add it and get mini Kuna and special dances even tho i already unlocked factions?

Yes. You will get Kunaavang and the special dances when you add the key. You will not gain any extra character slots or anything else, just the dances and the pet.
